Parsley Pesto

Parsley pesto

½ cup toasted walnuts
¼ cup olive oil
1 cup packed flat leaf parsley
¼ cup vegetable broth
6 cloves garlic peeled
1 T bread crumbs
½ tsp coarse salt

Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Add more broth or water if pesto is too thick.
